Zaneb K is an innovative young British fashion/textile designer, currently challenging conventional style through sustainability issues. She has a strong passion for working innovatively, producing beautifully crafted and aesthetically pleasing fashion and textile products.
Zaneb graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2006 with a BA in Textile Design where she established herself as a mixed media designer experimenting with a wide a variety of materials and styles.
With an interest in fashion and sustainability she went on to do an MA in Design for Textile Futures at Central St Martins College of Art and Design, London and graduated in 2009. Zaneb is interested in raising awareness of sustainable issues among budding designers.
She has taught as a freelance lecturer at college-level and has written and illustrated a beautiful children’s book ‘Sustainable Activities Can Be Fun’.
